How Much Is Your Commercial Building Wall Worth to an Advertiser?
5 min read · Updated 2026-08-26
Short answer
A wall's value to an advertiser comes from how many of the right people see it, how well it reads from the road, how much clear space it has, how many advertisers want that area, and how long the campaign runs. No honest company can give you a dollar amount before checking the location.
The value drivers
People, not just cars Ten thousand daily drivers who live and shop nearby are worth more to a local advertiser than the same number of drivers just passing through on a highway.
Read time The longer the wall stays in view, the better the ad works. Corners, spots near stoplights, and slow business streets do well.
Usable area Value follows the clear rectangle, not the whole wall.
Demand in that area If advertisers keep asking about your street, your wall is worth more. Demand really does change over time.
Campaign length Longer deals are worth more to everyone and usually price better per month.
Why we do not show an instant estimate
An online calculator would give you a number without knowing your zoning, your view, your wall surface, or whether any advertiser even wants that area. We would rather tell you "strong option, needs review" and then come back with a real offer.
What you get instead
Submit your wall and you get a rating — strong option, possible fit, or needs review — along with a plain explanation of what we still need to check.
