For commercial property owners

Your Wall Can Make Money

You already own the wall. If it faces traffic and the city allows ads there, a local business may pay to be seen on it. BTS Media checks the location, finds the advertiser, and runs the campaign.

Blank exterior wall on a Denver metro commercial building that could hold advertising

What Kinds of Walls May Qualify

  • Retail strips and shopping centers
  • Warehouses and light industrial buildings
  • Auto shops and service properties
  • Restaurants and standalone commercial buildings
  • Mixed-use buildings with a blank side wall
  • Corner properties on busy streets

Not every wall qualifies. It depends on the property, zoning, sign type, size, where it goes, and the city's current rules.

How It Works

  1. 01

    Submit the Wall

Send us photos, a rough size, and the nearest road. It's free, with no obligation.

  2. 02

    We Review It

We check the visibility, traffic, wall condition, and the city's current sign rules for that address.

  3. 03

    We Find the Advertiser

When a business wants that spot, we bring you the offer and campaign details.

  4. 04

    You Approve

The length, payment and allowed ad types are all put in writing before anything touches your building.

  5. 05

    We Run the Campaign

BTS Media handles printing, install, upkeep and removal.

Who Handles What

BTS Media handles

Checking local sign rules, finding and vetting advertisers, making the artwork, installing it, keeping it looking good during the campaign, and removing it at the end.

You handle

Approving the agreement and the ad types, giving us fair access to install and remove the ad, and telling us about any lease, lender or HOA rules that apply.

How Payment Works

Payment is set for each location in a written agreement. It's based on visibility, wall size, campaign length, and how much advertisers want that spot. We won't give you a number before we review your property, and BTS Media does not guarantee any income.

All locations shown are potential advertising locations. Availability and campaign requirements vary by location and are subject to property approval and applicable local requirements. BTS Media does not guarantee property-owner income.

Sign Rules to Know

An ad on a building counts as a sign, so local rules apply. Denver requires zoning permits for most signs on private property. Thornton sets sign rules in its Development Code. Smaller cities have their own process.

Rules change and every property is different. What is allowed depends on the property, zoning district, sign type, size, placement, lighting, duration and the city's current requirements. Always confirm with the city before a campaign goes up. BTS Media reviews these requirements as part of the process and does not claim any location is permit-free.
