Outdoor Advertising for Denver Small Businesses
Big physical advertising is not only for companies with big budgets.
The Street Report
August 19, 2026
Every submitted location goes through a review that covers visibility, the property itself, and the applicable local requirements before it is ever offered to an advertiser.
1. **Submission.** A property owner or representative sends the address, photos and basic details. 2. **Desk review.** We look at the road, the sightline, the surrounding buildings and the surface. 3. **Location check.** We review basic property information and the local advertising and sign requirements that apply. 4. **Status.** The location is marked as a potential fit, needs more information, approved for the network, or not currently eligible. 5. **Advertiser matching.** Approved locations are offered to advertisers looking for that area. 6. **Agreement and campaign.** Nothing goes up without the required property agreement and approvals.
Submitted, Reviewing, Potential Fit, Needs More Information, Approved for Network, Not Currently Eligible, Advertiser Interest, Campaign Active, Campaign Complete.
